BAKU (Azerbaijan): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has revealed that the hearts of Pakistan, Azerbaijan, and Turkey beat together.
Addressing the Victory Day parade ceremony in Azerbaijan’s capital, PM Sharif said Pakistan’s armed forces have demonstrated exceptional courage, downing seven of the enemy’s best fighter jets during past conflicts.
“The so-called social media thrive on stealing our children’s time, childhood, and well-being — and we are putting a stop to that now,” she declared.
He expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for inviting him to the celebrations and praised the unity between the three nations.
“On behalf of the people of Pakistan, I congratulate the people and government of Azerbaijan. Participating in this ceremony is an honour for me,” he said.
Premier Shehbaz Sharif also appreciated Turkey and Qatar for facilitating peace talks between Pakistan and the Afghan Taliban regime and lauded the collective efforts of all countries that showed responsibility during the Gaza peace agreement.
He added that Pakistan, Azerbaijan, and Turkey would continue to strengthen their friendship in the future.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, while addressing the ceremony, said that Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Turkey had taken their mutual relations to new heights.
