QUETTA: Mobile internet and data services in Quetta have been temporarily suspended for 24 hours due to heightened security concerns in the provincial capital.
The Balochistan Home Department announced that internet connectivity across the district will remain unavailable until midnight tonight, as part of precautionary measures.
According to the official notification, the step was taken to enhance security arrangements and ensure public safety amid the prevailing situation.
The suspension will cover the entire Quetta district, the statement added.
