LAHORE: Pakistani actor Ahad Raza Mir recently sparked online buzz after a lighthearted comment about artificial intelligence during an interview that has since gone viral.

Speaking at a fan event in the United States, Ahad shared his thoughts on technology, creativity, and his life beyond the screen. In a humorous moment, he quipped that he might one day “sell his face to AI,” allowing technology to create his performances automatically.

“Maybe in a few years, I’ll just sell my face to AI and relax — then ten of my dramas will release in one year,” he joked, drawing laughter from fans. The actor, however, admitted that while he finds AI intriguing, it also feels “a little scary,” acknowledging its growing influence in the entertainment world.

Talking about his life off camera, Ahad described himself as a family-oriented and artistic person. “I enjoy staying home, watching films, theater, and exploring art,” he said, adding that creativity has always been central to his personal life.

Despite his fame, Ahad maintains a down-to-earth lifestyle that contrasts sharply with his high-energy on-screen roles. His appreciation for storytelling, he said, extends beyond acting to all creative expressions.

When asked about dream collaborations, Ahad avoided naming any specific co-stars. “It might sound diplomatic, but I really want to work with everyone,” he smiled, explaining that each project brings a fresh learning experience, whether the co-actor is male or female. Recalling his time on the acclaimed drama Ahd-e-Wafa, he said working alongside male co-stars was both refreshing and rewarding.

Addressing questions about his acting method, Ahad admitted he doesn’t follow any particular technique. “People ask about my method, but honestly, I don’t have one,” he said. “When I’m in character, things just flow naturally.”

His spontaneous approach and humility, coupled with his humor and candor, continue to endear him to audiences — both on and off the screen.
